SDP Technologies Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Zengcheng District on January 19, 2017, with a registered capital of RMB 21 billion.

The SuperVision 8K Project, Guangzhou's largest single investment in advanced manufacturing since the reform and opening-up era, officially broke ground on March 1, 2017. This initiative will introduce world-leading 10.5-generation display technology, 8K capabilities, and advanced manufacturing expertise. Over 100 top global suppliers, including Corning and Canon, attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

The project fully commenced the construction of the main structure.

Corning’s glass factory held its groundbreaking ceremony, marking the official commencement of plant construction.

First set of automated equipment, STOCKER, moved in.

The factory buildings of SDP Technologies’s 8K project were topped out in June 2018.

Power supply commenced for the 10kV system at Corning’s glass factory.

An 8K high-precision exposure machine, as the first core equipment of SDP Technologies’s full-ecosystem industrial park for 10.5th-generation displays, was moved in.

The lighting ceremony of the first 65-inch product on the production line of SDP Technologies’s full-ecosystem industrial park for 10.5th-generation displays was held at the lamination factory in July 2019.
