According to the Company’s operation and development direction, customer needs and suggestions, as well as the main processes and tasks of the organization, SDP Technologies has set up a training system covering ten categories, including industrial management, quality control, production management, economic management, environmental safety, corporate social responsibility, advanced customs certification, hazardous substance management, general knowledge, and self-growth, to provide a platform for rapid growth for employees at different levels and in different positions. The Human Resources Department reviews the implementation of education and training on a monthly basis, audits and counsels the implementation of education and training in various departments on a quarterly basis, and follows up on projects to be improved. According to statistics, during the period from 2021 to 2023, the total training hours for employees reached 253,394 hours. In 2023, the average training hours per employee per year were 32.8 hours.
